At Mattel Creations, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel and limited-edition collectibles. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the fashion items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
